Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.

 

Order fulfilment information

It takes on average 2 to 3 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location. On average, expect it to take between 5 and 8 business days to ship across the US.

 

When can you request a return?

Only items which are defective, damaged during shipping or which don't correspond to your order (wrong product, wrong size, wrong design or wrong colors) can benefit of a return.

No refund or return can be provided if the item delivered is as per your order (size, design, colors), if the item is lost in the case you provided a wrong or faulty shipping address, or if you don't like the item.

The following deviations can be observed as a result of the processes used to produce your item (printing, sewing) and are not considered as defects:

  • A minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1 inch ),
  • A minor deviation of the position of the design from the displayed product (below 0.5 inch),
  • A minor deviation of the position of the parts of the item (front, back, sleeves) the one from the other (below 0.5 inch).

Note also that items can have a faint odor at reception. This odor can be the result of the production process and shall go away after the item is washed (take care to respect cleaning instructions as written on the product's care label).

 

How to ensure your order is correct?

Before you validate your order, please make sure:

  • You selected the good product, design and colors,
  • You selected the good size, taking into account the eventuality of a slight deviation of the actual product size as mentioned above,
  • You provided the good shipping address.

 

What to do when you receive your order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you shall use the link available in the email you will receive from SB Designs - Fashion (with the email address customer@trackorder.site) following your order. Check your spam folder if you can't find this email in your inbox. This email will provide a link to the order tracking page from which you will be able to report a problem following your delivery.

We will ask you to describe the problem you are facing and to provide photos of the item to evaluate if your order can benefit from a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions. In the case where you would like to request a refund, please let us know when you. report your problem and we will study your demand.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
